Complex environments.
Practical change.

Selected experience across the services and infrastructure that organisations depend on.

GOVERNMENT

One operating model. A clearer route to procurement.

The challenge
A government organisation needed to turn competing design options into one coherent model for a complex multi-provider environment.
Our contribution
Consolidated the target operating model, clarified retained-client and delegated-integrator authority, and aligned roles, governance and interfaces with the Lead Integrator service specification.
Results to date
A coherent, traceable design baseline connecting the operating model to procurement and future assurance, with clearer authority and interfaces.

ENERGY & UTILITIES

Bringing structure to complex transformation.

The challenge
A major energy and utilities organisation needed a more coordinated approach to IT and digital transformation, connecting investment priorities, delivery plans and accountability.
Our contribution
Led the development of the transformation management blueprint and coordinated successful programme delivery, bringing together portfolio prioritisation, governance, assurance, change adoption and benefits management.
The outcome
Introduced a governance cycle and portfolio reporting, established clearer ownership and agreed priorities, and put a consistent framework for transformation oversight into use.

CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Restoring control across a multi-provider environment.

The challenge
A UK critical national infrastructure organisation relied on one Tier 1 managed service provider, with control, knowledge and delivery concentrated in that supplier.
Our contribution
Defined the disaggregation roadmap, decomposed the service into 11 contracts and established an internal Integration Management Service while managing the incumbent exit and mobilisation of the new model.
The outcome
Control returned to the organisation. Integration became an explicit retained capability, creating a platform for further selective disaggregation and innovation.

Experience across sectors.
And across the supply chain.
